Per Regnarsson
Executive Partner
20 years of sustainable energy and transport infrastructure financing experience at Moody’s, JP Morgan and other tier 1 banks having worked with Network Rail, Eurotunnel, the automotive sector, airports and seaports. Per has arranged funding for in excess of 2GW of wind and solar energy and advised cleantech firms. He is a MSc Sloan Fellow from the London Business School.

Max Delamain
Executive Partner
Experienced across the capital structure with over a decade working in family offices and venture-backed companies while operating in a broad base of sectors encompassing technology, energy and infrastructure. Founder of multiple clean energy companies and also an investor in numerous technology ventures.

Andrew Paine
Partner and COO
Andrew is Chief Operations Officer of Gluon’s group activities and also an investor in a number of upstream natural resource-focused companies. He has in excess of 30 years of international banking, investment and operational experience having previously been head of operations for Salomon Brothers Hedge fund group. He is a qualified banker and a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

Abhishek Bawa
Partner
Big Four trained Investment specialist with an eye for high yield opportunities with experience across from infrastructure to technology assets. He is especially knowledgeable in managing end-to-end transactions, from origination to execution, in Europe, MENA, and India with excellent financial modelling, business valuation, and project finance capabilities. Abhishek also holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and certifications from the London Business School.

Patrick Wylie
Senior Analyst
Graduate in MSc Carbon Management at the University of Edinburgh following the completion of BSc Geology at the University of Exeter (Camborne School of Mines). Patrick has a background in renewable energy, green hydrogen, e-mobility and natural resources and has worked with several companies across the renewable value chain.

Joe O’Sullivan
General Counsel and Group Head of Corporate Affairs
With over 13 years’ experience as a practising lawyer, gained at the UK’s Slaughter and May and the US firm Kirkland & Ellis, Joe specialises in corporate, commercial and finance matters, in particular outbound and inbound private equity transactions. More recently Joe has worked for a major UK multinational, first in EMEA, then as Head of Legal for Growth Markets (Asia, the Middle East and Africa).

Thomas O’Callaghan-Brown
Analyst
Graduate in Philosophy and Environmental Biology from McGill University in Montreal, and current applicant for MSc programs in interdisciplinary Conversation courses, Thomas has a wide interest in subjects across fields and disciplines. He has taken part in an array of research, with a university background in ecology, climate change, and sustainability, as well as research in energy transitions and government policy since joining Gluon.

Susan was Communications Director for US Senator Dianne Feinstein and Chief of Staff for California Governor Schwarzenegger. Susan entered the private sector in 2013, founding Advanced Microgrid Solutions. Susan is currently VP of Lyft, having started the position at the start of 2020.

Steve Norris is a former UK member of parliament and minister in the government of Sir John Major. He chairs or is a board member of a number of companies and he and his expert team provide counsel and advice to global operators in infrastructure, property and transportation.

Solicitor of more than 50 years’ experience having run his own practice David Cooper & Co since 2002. Best known for his Town and Country Planning work covering major developments throughout the country with clients including football clubs, airports and significant commercial and residential buildings.

Clive Southwell
Member of Advisory Board- GMV
A 14 year veteran of working with electric vehicles and charging infrastructure. Currently Director, UK & Ireland of GreenFlux. Previously Sales Director e-Mobility UK & Ireland for Enel X (Innovation arm of €85bn Enel SpA). Chairman of the EV Charging Interoperability Committee. Prior to Enel X, Clive worked for Shell NewMotion and Allego.
