Cities need to upgrade and transition their infrastructure to make it easy for people to navigate in a sustainable way. In order to make these substantial changes, investment is needed.
Moderated by Gluon Executive Partner Per Regnarsson, speakers included Clive Southwell (Director of Greenflux UK and Ireland), Katie College-Price (Project Manager at ZEVHub), MaryAnn Chen (CEO at ClearDesk), Tim Munn (Managing Director at Marine2o) and Paul Byron (Managing Director at HP Taxi).
Bringing a range of expertise from the fields of mobility, electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, hydrogen, engineering, finance, tech, renewables, fleets and logistics to discuss the opportunities and challenges in ensuring there is infrastructure in place to facilitate the transition of urban mobility to a more sustainable future.
Topics of debate included regulatory challenges, the role of digitisation and telematics, smart cities, hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and the transition of fleets. A panel with such a wide array of expertise brought a wide array of opinions allowing for a truly engaging discussion.
Gluon would like to thank Reset Connect for organising the event, as well as the panel and all who attended the event for what was an engaging two days and an amazing opportunity to connect with others working towards a more sustainable future.
